Before we get going

We like to meet all our customers face-to-face so we can get to know you and your business. This also gives us the opportunity to ask you a series of questions all relative to your business, bounce some ideas you may not have thought of, and allow you to ask us any questions. We then take this information and go off and do a little research... covering usability, competition, etc.

From this we create a quotation, we always welcome (by appointment only) the opportunity for you to come in again to discuss the quotation. Once agreed that you would love us to work with us,  then we do some more research, and so on.

First, we provide a copy writing service; a professional copy writer will talk to you about your business and once written up, you will be given the opportunity to review their handiwork and make sure that we have the right content for you.

This is really important, content is top banana when it comes to web design. Google, Bing  (Formerly know as MSN) and Yahoo are all effectively blind to graphics and flashy gadgets (mostly) but they can gobble up pages of written content faster than Usain Bolt can chomp a chicken nugget.
